The Situation
Dream Finders Homes has been growing and evolving as a company, including being named Builder of the Year 2025 by Builder Magazine. Their existing branding has not been updated to reflect their changing stature in the industry.
The Ask
Elevate the brand to reflect Dream Finders Homes’ growing national stature and premium positioning. Create a brand identity that reflects a higher profile while maintaining consistency across all platforms. A more refined look, suggesting high end, premium homes. An approach focused on better execution of typography and hierarchy of information.
The Answer
We designed a scalable, cohesive design system that allows every division to execute marketing consistently while elevating the brand’s overall presence. The color palette is more elegant, darker, and with richer tones. We also evolved their existing design elements and included textures and elements to create more depth within the design system.
