The Situation

Holland Homes opened a new community, Auburn Farms. The community features a higher level of finishes and design options than other nearby neighborhoods. Its brand identity needs to reflect the elevated aesthetic.

The Ask

Establish a brand, logo, and look and feel for Holland Homes’ newest community, Auburn Farms. 
Specifically, create branding for two distinct sections of the community, The Estates at Auburn Farms (single family homes) and The Terraces at Auburn Farms (townhomes).

The Answer

We created a sophisticated yet grounded look, inspired by the local flora. The new branding helps position Auburn Farms as a step up from surrounding communities, supporting Holland Homes’ premium product and market differentiation. The overall design (fonts, color palette, design elements) appeals to their younger demographic, conveying a high-end, modern look and feel.
