  • Added enhanced AI creation tools for ads for easier, high-quality ad creation. This will streamline the process and optimize ad performance.
  • New AI disclosure requirements are being rolled out. A new “AI Info” disclosure is mandatory for any AI-generated content to help promote transparency so users can identify AI-created content.

Instagram Updates

  • Video content makes up over half of a user’s time spent on Instagram and half of their impressions are viewed without sound, emphasizing engaging visual content.
  • Short-form videos of less than 90 seconds are the key to reaching new audiences. Long-form videos will only show up in your follower’s feeds.
  • Specific call-to-actions asking for users to leave comments and likes will be restricted to help reduce spam. Instead, use open-ended questions and CTAs to encourage genuine interaction otherwise your content will not show up on the Explore page and just in your follower’s feeds.

LinkedIn Updates

  • Link previews in the feed for organic posts are now significantly smaller. This is creating an increased need for sponsored posts to maximize engagement.
  • Launched a new video sponsorship program called “The Wire,” which enables brands to run in-stream video ads aligned with trusted publisher content.
